Drilling Through Acrylic Made Easy

For many, drilling through acrylic or lexan can be nerve racking. One hair line crack is all it takes to have a bad and costly day. I purchased a Rotozip for $30.00 at a pawn shop for drilling through some tile(Home project). Tried it on acrylic and I fell in love with this tool. Cut through it(acrylic, lexan) as if it were warm butter. No sign shop should be without this tool. You can buy a knock off for a little less. If you purchase this tool the bit number for acrylic is ZBSC5. Good luck!
