Cold Lamination Wrinkles
I found that before trying to shove your graphics through a cold laminator to mask, you should follow two steps to ensure that it does not wrinkle:
- Leave about 1 inch of vinyl that spans the length of the side you will be putting through first.
- Then, cut the corners off to about 2-4 inches.
Presto! The vinyl stays flat and sturdy when going through the laminator.
